The Hive is leading deep community development work across four key suburbs to strengthen and activate community capabilities, while also enhancing local service coordination, collaboration, and alignment. We believe that place-based change starts with those most impacted – families and children who hold the knowledge, strengths, and capabilities to drive lasting change in their communities.

How we show up in community matters. We are committed to being consistent and trustworthy, taking the time to listen and learn. We build community, encourage participation, and develop local leadership, working in partnership with families and children to ensure that their concerns and aspirations shape our priorities. Together, we co-design local solutions and advocate for meaningful, place-based change.
